Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your Merino garments and place them back in their original protective bags with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
